    Will my package be discreet?

    Yes, all packages are shipping in a plain box and are discreet. Our website name will not be on the box.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! When you spend $100 or more, you automatically get free shipping.

    Which mail carrier do you use?

    Most orders 5 lbs or less will be shipped with USPS. Some orders that require a larger package are usually shipped with UPS or FedEx.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Depending on where you’re located, orders in the United States take 2-5 days for delivery. If you are located outside of the USA and want to know your shipping timeframe, please contact us.

    What type of payments do you accept?

    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

    What is your return policy?

    Due to the nature of the items we provide, we don’t provide returns on most items. We are more than happy to answer any questions about any of our items before or after your purchase so please let us know how we can help. If you receive an item that is broken or not what you ordered, please contact us for assistance.

    How could I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a seperate email from us with your tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers take 24 hours or more to update with a status once it has been created in the system.
