FAQs

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being received.

Not at this time. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping is always free when you spend $100 or more. So if you want to take advantage of this, please make sure your shopping cart before any discounts equal at least $100.  If you want to purchase items less than this amount, there will be a small shipping fee added to your order.

All packages are shipped in a plain white or brown box or envelope. There will never be our company logo on the box. Being discreet is a top priority for us.

Most orders 5 lbs or less will be shipped with USPS. Some orders that require a larger package are usually shipped with UPS or FedEx.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email from us with your tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers take 24 hours or more to update with a status once it has been created in the system.

Depending on where you’re located, orders in the United States take 2-5 days for delivery. If you are located outside of the USA and want to know your shipping timeframe, please contact us.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

In most cases, we do not accept returns on sex toys. As you could imagine, we cannot resell a sex toy which is why we don’t accept returns on these items. If you have a problem with your order and want to discuss, please contact us.

Returns are processed on a case by case basis. Please contact us to review your individual scneario.

If your package was sent back to us, there could be a couple reasons this happened.

  1. The shipping address you provided was not correct.
  2. The mail carrier could not or would not deliver the package without handing it to someone.  Sometimes when it’s not safe to leave a package, mail carriers will not deliver it and may ask you to pick it up.
